Support
Open a ticket here and it opens in our Discord. You'll get a DM from the Bear County bot to confirm it's you, then the ticket opens and our team replies there.
Found a bug?
Send it straight to the team, no ticket needed.
Account, business and legal questions.
Common questions
I bought a game pass and didn't get it.
Rejoin the game first. If it still doesn't show, open a ticket with your username and a screenshot of the purchase from your Roblox transaction history.
My car or items disappeared.
Saves load when you join. If something is missing after a rejoin, open a ticket and tell us roughly when you last had it.
How do I join a department?
Join the matching department group on the Groups page, then follow that department's application or training steps in the community server.
I was banned. How do I appeal?
See the Fair play page for how bans and appeals work.
Report a bug
Tell us what broke and we'll look into it. A clip or screenshot helps a lot. Found an exploit? Report it here instead of using it.
Fair play, checked against the record
Bear County runs server-side anti-cheat and logs moderation actions. Every ban is tied to a reason and a record, and every ban can be appealed.
Report
Report a player in game or with a ticket. Include the time, server and a clip if you have one.
Review
Staff check the report against server logs and the anti-cheat record.
Action
Warnings, kicks, temporary or permanent bans depending on what happened and past history.
Appeal
Banned players can appeal once per ban through a ticket. A different staff member reviews it.
Exploiting is a permanent ban
Cheats, executors, speed or fly hacks, teleporting and abusing game bugs on purpose.
Found a bug?
Report exploits privately with a ticket instead of using them. Helpful reports can earn a reward.
